I just got home from spending several days with my daughter and family. I hate good-byes, they always make me cry. This time, as my dad use to say, I kept a stiff upper lip. Of course, I will see them the next two weekends so it was much easier to leave.
Try this recipe, it is healthy and really yummy.
2 1/2 Cups Water
2 Cups Rolled Oats
2 Tbs. Sesame Seeds
2 Tbs. WW Flour
2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp. Maple or Vanilla flavoring
1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
Blend in blender.
