This is my friend Holly’s veggie burger recipe, it is really good. The key is to make them thin, and “fry (yes I said fry) in plenty of oil” sorry. It is just true these are not near as good when you skimp on the oil.
1 Can Worthington Burger
1/2 Onion chopped fine
4 Eggs ( you may use egg beaters)
6 T Oatmeal
2 T Flour
Garlic salt, Lowery’s Seasoning and any other seasoning you may like, mix seasonings with the above ingredients. Let them fry until they are golden brown on the first side and then flip them over. Remember thin and plenty of oil is the secret.
